Oshry Pais, the father and co-founder of the team, is an experienced drummer with over 20 years of leading Bar Mitzvah processions at the Western Wall. In his early years, before the drums, he worked with film photography and photo development. Each week, he leads dozens of families to the Kotel in joyful drum parades filled with energy and happiness. His deep connection to joy, tradition, and family makes every shoot heartfelt and authentic. When he’s not behind the camera, he’s usually leading a procession with his drum, shofar, and a big smile.
Yahal Pais, 20 years old, has been photographing for more than four years. During his army service, he served as a military photographer, gaining strong professional skills in both photography and editing. Yahal is also responsible for building the Pais Photos website, as well as editing all the videos and photos. He brings a creative and modern approach to every project. In addition to Bar Mitzvah photography, Yahal also specializes in music videos, couple sessions, event photography, and video editing. His approach blends precision, emotion, and an artistic eye — turning every picture into a living, emotional story.
