At Pais Photos, it’s important to us to create lasting memories for generations.
Before the ceremony at the Western Wall and the procession, we’ll capture family portraits.
The photo session can take place near the Dung Gate and at the Western Wall Plaza.
If you’d like to add more to your family photo experience, you can schedule a two-hour family photo session with us at Jaffa Gate – a photo book in the Old City’s picturesque atmosphere, before the Torah reading.
"Capturing Moments with Emotion"
Family photos at the Western Wall are a true keepsake from your special day of the Bar Mitzvah at the Western Wall.
We take the family photos before the drummers’ procession and at the Western Wall Plaza, in a calm and relaxed atmosphere, so you’ll have a set of natural photos that tell your story just as it really was.
At Pais Photos, we photograph in a natural and simple way, so the pictures feel exactly like the day itself.
For those who wish, it’s possible to add a family photo session in the Jewish Quarter — a one-and-a-half to two-hour shoot starting at Jaffa Gate, passing through the alleys of the Old City, and ending at Dung Gate or the Western Wall Plaza before the drummers’ procession or the prayer ceremony.
We usually take the family photos before the drummers’ procession, inside the Western Wall plaza, and if needed — after the prayer ceremony.
Yes, of course. Before the family photos, we take a short personal session for the Bar Mitzvah boy — about 30 photos in total.
The family photos usually take about 15–25 minutes, depending on the group size and schedule before the procession or ceremony.
Wear nice clothes in natural colors without large prints or logos.
